Thank you for booking with bhs. we really look forward to building your bone health together.
Here are a few common questions we get for first time clients:
-
No, but parking in the district is typically pretty easy. If you can’t find a park on Roxburgh Street, then typically Melrose St has plenty.
-
No. The building is old, and the original entry is on McColl Street. BHS is on Roxburgh Street, right next door to M11 hair salon. There is a big green sign out the side of BHS.
-
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in — activewear or gym gear is ideal. Flat, supportive shoes (cross-trainers or similar). We advise against heavy or dangly jewellery that could get in the way during impact drills and lifts
-
YES:
Classes - 12hrs
Private - 24hrs.
Please don’t ask us to waive this. We typically run a wait list and this is industry-wide standard.
-
No — everything you need is provided at the studio. We do recommend bringing a drink bottle, though we do have fresh and chilled water onsite.
For the classes a towel could come in handy, but it’s not expected.
-
As a practice we treat to our booking times. We are not like some medical or Physio practices where we go over time.
Classes: we recommend arriving 5-10min early to help set up your station.
Private: We recommend arriving 5 mins early to relax before your appointment time.
Please don’t ask us to go over if you’re late, as that will affect the person after you.
-
You can still join the class, but you’ll start on your warm up weight and will miss a few sets if need be.
