BHS is here for your patients.

Bone Health Studio is not a medical or physiotherapy (or similar) practice — it is the next step in the movement pathway. We work collaboratively and transparently with doctors, physiotherapists, specialists, dietitians and allied health providers to help patients progress from diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation into confident, evidence-based strength training and full movement capacity.

Our role is to bridge the gap between clinical care and real-world function. Through small-group coaching, clear screening pathways, expert movement analysis and progressive resistance training, we help people build the strength, confidence and physical resilience needed to move well, lift safely and return to life with greater capacity.

how bone health studio works:

Bone Health Studio gives referrers a controlled, evidence-informed pathway for patients who need more than generic exercise, but who may not need ongoing medical or physiotherapy care. Every client enters through a structured pre-screening process, with privacy, clinical history, movement capacity, injury risk, confidence and training readiness carefully considered before they join the studio floor.

Our strength training is deliberately individualised, (either 1:1 and within a small-group settings). For osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, RED-S and related bone-health concerns, loading is progressed using clear principles of progressive overload, RPE and RIR, so each person trains at a level that is appropriate to their condition, capacity and confidence. The aim is not simply to “exercise” patients — it is to safely expose them to the right dose of loading, in the right environment, with the right technical support, so they can rebuild strength, improve movement capacity and progress back toward full function with transparency and collaboration around their care.
