Per the IOC consensus statement, RED-S management centres on restoring energy availability and needs input from a sports dietitian (Mountjoy et al., 2018, British Journal of Sports Medicine). We have Charlotte, our in-house dietitian, on-site for exactly this — so a RED-S referral can be managed collaboratively under one roof rather than across separate clinics.
