There are a lot of reasons why patients and clients don’t do their prescribed exercise plans - they don’t have the right equipment, don’t have a gym membership, hate gyms, feel the need for some security.

Book-a-Bay is your solution.

what is ‘book-a-bay’?

Bone Health Studio has 7 fully working squat bays. 6 for the classes, and the free-standing rack for technique work.

Once you have your plan built by one of the team, you can book times to have complete and sole use of a squat bay - and associated tools for your programme.

These sessions must be booked online, and are not available while a class is on.

  • From 6am till 7pm Mon-Thurs, 6am till 3pm Friday, and 7am till 12pm Sat - as long as there isn’t a class on.

  • To access the B-a-B service you first need to have been treated privately and had your programme built by a BHS team member. In this, full safety advice will be given.

    BHS policies must be followed.

    Plus, there will be a team member on-site. NOTE: if they are with a client, they are not there to be interrupted.

  • Friends: ONLY if they have also gone through the pre-screening protocol as you have.

    Kids: not unless they can manage themselves safely. Under no circumstances can children move around the studio due to obvious safety risks.

    Dogs: no sorry.

COSTS:

Casual:

$20/hour

Concessions:

  • 5x: $90 ($18/hour) - Valid for 6 weeks

  • 10x: $150 ($15/hr) - Valid for 12 weeks

  • 20x: $240 ($12/hr) - Valid for 16 weeks
